Picture attachment problems

Today, and on several other occasions, I tried to post a Picture attachment on the "advanced" page, but keep getting the dreaded red circle strike thru thing. How do I fix this? JIM:help:

try resizing the image smaller

If you go to http://www.tinypic.com you can upload any photo off your computer (click "Browse") and it will automatically re-size it. You can choose the size you want, I use either "Message Board" or "E-mail" sizes and it always works for me.
