Correct charging voltage for 1350mAh 3s 11.1V 25C LIPO PACKS

I believe I had it set at 0.7 the first time I charged them and it seemed like it took a long time to charge fully,thanks in advance for your input,this is a great forum!

1c is the normal charge rate for most lipos so I recommend 1.3 amps which should take an hour or less to fully charge depending on how much you run them down.1 hour at that rate will put in 1300 mah.
