We have some dtx 3800's we have used in the SV for a while now and they have worked perfectly.

I havent hers anything that bad about the DX's yet. What kind of numbers are they getting?

do they last pretty good i dont know much about batts . i have heard not to buy ib 4200s cause they have a hi falure rate . i want to get something that will last and get decent runtimes

With 3800's we are getting about 8-9 minutes with an Octura x645 prop.

i ended up getting ib3600 s from battle packs im sure they will be good packs

do you guys recommend 6 or 7 cell packs for the SV? ... and no I won't ask which prop......too many choices/ factors.

6 if you are still using the bec. 12 cells is all it is supposed to be able to handle unless you disconnect it. You can then run 14 cells safely.

I have been using the BEC while running 14 cells for quite a while now and haven't had any problems. Any particular reason why I shouldn't do this? I have heard this several times, but never heard any reasons to support it.:confused: I am using a Spektrum radio.
