I oopsed it is a 36 not a 33

Looking for a prop size on a DF 36"
Using a leo 5692 1340Kv
5s single 5000ma 40c pack
200a SF ESsc.

I want to get some speed out of it and not melt the pack :flashfire:

I have no personal experience with the 5692 motor, but if it performs as the specs say it should, start with an x450. That should get you into the mid/high 40s if the boat is trimmed well. You may be able to go up to an x648 but be careful....

Wow, that's a lot of motor for a 36" boat. I've got the Hobbyking version that I'm putting in a Stryker f41 and I was going to start with a X455. Have you purchased the motor yet? Have you seen the prices on these http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/uh_viewItem.asp?idProduct=18848?

On 5s that motor can spin alot of prop. An x455 or x452/3 should be right in the zone for you. As Fluid mentioned though, an x450 would be a good place to start safely.
