was tested and it works great
comes with the silicone/rubber insert
"EZ-Squeeze" on/off switch
not sure how much its worth
i've had it for awile
Also have a brand new belt for starting inboards
measures 8"s long when stretched out, about 16"s in diamater
im throwing it in with the stater
can seperate if someone is interested
