Anyone have any advice on what I can do for a battery that charger says voltage is too low. I have tried everything I can think of with the charger and the charger won't let me do anything to the battery because it says the voltage is too low. Any advice would be much appreciated.

Connect your low voltage battery with exactly the same lipo in parallel...
You can use some kind of connector like this one I found that is for sale, just to give an idea:

Make sure the GOOD one is NOT fully charged.
It should be in ready to charge condition, discharged but still above what the minimum voltave per cell should be.
Keep it like that for few minutes.
The better one will flow some juice to the bad one.
You can have this:

connected to your bad battery on the same time to see voltage increase...
When your voltage will go up a little connect to charger again and try again....
If this will not work I am affraid you will need to ask Santa for new lipo...
