Need help with Leopard 3674 motor + sky wing esc set up

I am trying to set up a Leopard 3674 and sky wing 150A esc but the motor won't run. It does turns a few times but I do not know it the motor is working properly or if the esc is damage. Can any one give me some pointers, thanks.

Try another esc or motor?

Does it stutter when it runs? Could be a bad soldered connection.
