I hear some guys chatting about sealing up their Lipos. What are you guys doing to seal them up?

I use silicone with good results. Just make sure to get it all through the balancing wires and the mains.

Best to use a neutral cure silicone also

Best not to "seal" LiPos at all. No matter what the sealer is, the flexible wires will break the seal eventually. If the packs get even a little water inside, the terminals can corrode, causing the pack resistance to skyrocket. Result - puffed cells.

The real solution is to seal the hull so no water can get to the cells. But a crash can open the hull. I've gotten packs wet and just cut and tore the shrink off to let them dry, the re-shrink. You can risk the chance that your unproven "seal" job held - but if you are wrong, there goes hundreds of dollars of packs ruined. Better safe than sorry.
