Stuffing Tube?

Does the stock setup have a stuffing tube inside it i cant seem to see one? i have bought the upgrade flex drive and it came with that tube thing,

if so how do you get it out?

it should have the teflon tube inside where the drive shaft goes through. it should just push out. mine was very easy to get out.
