That is Central RC hobbies New mystic boat. it is 73 inchs I believe. Very nice boat by a good builder. They also just came out with there new Victory hull which I havent got my hands on one of those yet. check out there website its centralrchobbies.com

No it varies from project to project.some paint jobs may have just a few simple colors and it will be cheaper but a paint job with alot of custom colors will def. drive the price up of course. I do not make money off of paint I purchase the top paints out there for my work and thats what I am offering. Thats why its best to send me some pics of your boat and pics of your ideas that you have. theres pretty much not an offshore boat out there that i could not do the paintjob on. as they are all very graphic based paintjobs. I can do some very limited mural stuff but it is very limited (I have never had the time to sit down and really figure out how to do them and get proficient at them.) these are amazing..how much would it be for a team believer cat with the xxx mono scheme shown in the first pics? i just bought an hvlp gun and i do not have a compressor yet...these designs make me want to quit before i even start trying!!!! i think i would be much happier with 500-600 on a nice paint job rather then have a compressor and a gun with a crappy looking paint job by a paint newb

So you will see the carbon fiber under the flames, and to make it look even more realistic I will make it look as if there are a few ripped open spots in the carbon and flames are coming out of that. You electric guys get that from time to time dont you? I live in Rockledge Fl. your boat would be under 60 bucks I think to ship here.

Hey Doug, not to get off topic, but I have another 37" CF Cat that I have sealed my decals in with 2 part epoxy from Illstreet.com. The end result was good, but I have some ripples in the finish I'd like to smoothen out. Do you have any suggestions on wet sanding epoxy? Is it possible? I'm worried about heating up the epoxy to the point of softening it and ruining it. Should I try to add another coat to fill it in? Any suggestions are more than welcome!

Without seeing what you have going on its hard to say what step to start with but, If its just a little bit of material wave then you can use a stiff smooth block and wet sand with 1500-2000 and flatten it out like you want and then buff with a rubbing compound. you can buff by hand but of course it will take longer. hope this helps.

Thanks brushless I appreciate it, I have to now this is what Im doing for a living so no more Krylon and finger paint... That hull is an Expresscraft c-54 (54inchs) they are great running boats. the BOMBA has had good luck with running them in there races. I think right now its a GTX and a C-54 that are grabbing up the top honors. I will take some pics of its inside when I go back up to expresscraft here in the next few days...

Thanks, you two seem to be my main posters on here... I must have to give yall a discount or something lol. That area 51 is destroyed. I run boats with the guy that owns it he built my motor up for me. he was running it across the lake and lightning hit the lake on the other side and the boat stayed wot all the way until it hit about a 35 degree embankment and flew over a bunch of palm trees and onto a gravel path way. It was about 300 feet from the water. It had a highly modified and tuned s 520 in it that really screamed.

No havent been able to do that one yet.. but when somebody does send me a carbonfiber boat I would love to do that one. It would look very cool with little cracked open areas with flames rolling out of them. Thanks Aaron Im glad you like it. There are foru different pearl colors that I used in the nebulas and different soloar system areas that stand out in the sun. There is alot of detail in this one that just doesnt get picked up by my camera. The moon looks just white in these pics. but in person you see that I have craters and texture to the surface. Its like that with every planet on the boat. and the silver on the top back area looks like a brushed metal, and on the back I have airbrushed the effects of some sort of glowing star trek looking engines. I'm not ready at the moment but what if I told you what hull I wanted, you get the hull and paint it up all pretty and then there would only be the one way shipping, the only hassle I can see would be building the boat without ruining such amazing work.

Alot of my customers do it all the time actually. You just have to use some tape when your going to drill a hole and a sharp bit. The paint that I use is very top quality and it wont lift on you. Many of the boats I receive havent even made it to the customer yet and if you have built a boat before then you should be good....
