FE Boat Calender?? Anyone Interest??

Last year I put together a Calender which mainly featured gas boats.
I sold a few to guys on here and there was some interest for a FE version.
I would love to make FE one this year if I can get enough people interested.
The calenders will feature action shots, close ups, motor shots, crashes etc.

Please post here if you are interested in purchasing one, Size will most likely be 11x17 when open, they were around $15 shipped last year & I should be able to do it for same price so long as I can get enough interest in it this year. I am looking into possibly making them bigger if I can keep the costs down low enough to be worth while.

This is not something I make money on it is something I enjoy doing and to help promote the hobby and provide something we can all enjoy to look at for the upcoming year!


I will also need to collect some high res photos so if anyone has any they would like featured please post here or PM me and I will take a look and choose which ones will work. Any ones pics I feature will get a free calender also provided I get enough interest to make this happen.

PLEASE DO NOT ASK OR MENTION ANYTHING ABOUT PUTTING GIRLS IN BIKINIS OR ANYTHING LIKE THAT IN THE CALENDER.
I am not interested in doing this and would appreciate if you keep it clean and on topic!!

Yes it will be exclusively FE only if I can get enough people interested and photos.
I will need close to 50 or more to make it worth while.

Tony I like the idea of having "people" shots that will be a great addition I think.
We can sort through that if I make this happen.

If it has a bunch pics of boats on the kitchen counter or in kiddie pools I'd have to pass. Sorry, not trying to be a jerk but just being honest. :cool2:

Glad getting some interest we will need a lot more to make this happen but it's a start.

Also need people to submit photos worthy to be featured in the calender.

Nice pics guys glad we have some interest but again I need at least 25+ people to make it worth while to spend the time to do it all.
If I can't get enough interest I still might have a way to make some smaller runs but lets get more interest in these!!!

Alight seams getting some interest now.
Still need more but I can look into some smaller runs atleast.

I'll probably put a new post up for the photos and do some digging of my own to see if I can find some worthwhile shots.

If people are put in the calendar it will most likely be smaller photos scattered thought showing as prop mentioned FE icons.
I'm excited to get this going now I just need to finish up all my decal and graphics for people so I can work on this.

The focus of the calendar is BOATs as I mentioned before nothing else so please let's keep it on subject!

I need high resolution pics of FE boats any and all hulls so I can sift through them and decide which ones to use.
Can be in any format jpeg tiff pdf it doesn't matter.
I add my own stuff to liven things up and make it look like an official calender.
As for what type I am looking for any and all photos.
I like to have action shots of the featured boat then some of the hardware and inside pictures of setup etc.....

If you take a look at post #10 I posted a picture of the actual pages that were printed that I did last year I plan to do something similar this year but obviously change it up some.

In order to give out free calendars I will need to hit more then 50 people I will see about giving discounts to those people who's photos I use if I can haven't run completed numbers since I don't know how many orders there will be.

Yah that was a recent joke. I started a thread pointing out that the Gfreak guys went over all of their youtube videos and changed the MPH from 60mph to 85 and 90mph. Jeff, If you're referring to the "Girl with the Boat" pic, that was a joke. There were long threads on the OSE site last year making fun of "G-Freak Racing" for using those pics to sell boats. G-Freak racing is a big punch line with all these guys on the OSE site... I pulled the photo and left the dialogue.

I put a lot of xtra stuff into these other then just the featured photos. BOATS will be the featured thing in the calendar nothing else so no worries on that.
