Do your impulse have about 2mm of left right play in the rudder independent of servo rod movement? It's in the rudder assembly itself.

When I'm at WOT which is about 50 the boat starts walking on me and I'm thinking this rudder play cannot be helping.

Try the set screws on the rudder arm.

I removed the rudder, lossend the set screw on top, spun the shaft so the set screw actually set in the cut out on the shaft, the reinstalled everything and ive ran 5-6 times now with no slop.
see if that works for you.
remember metal to metal so you may need to dab some threadlock on the set screw b4 reinstall.

I made sure of that and still slops. If anybody does the fix above and still slops let me know. Something is up.

Something must be up, because if everything is tightened down properly, it shouldn't have any slop at all. You never quite know who they have over there in China assembling this stuff, so it's always a good idea to double-check everything.

They aren't putting the set screw in on the flat spot of the rudder shaft - I had the same problem. The top screw was fine but the lower one as not seated correctly. Easy fix.
