Got a new Impulse 31 last month.
Stock configuration + older 20c 5000 batteries = 40 - 45 kph (27 mph)
42x55 prop + older 20c 5000 batteries = 50 kph (31 mph)
42x55 prop + new 30c 5000 batteries = 55 kph (34 mph)
Seems to be trimmed out OK as it is running with the minimum amount of hull in the water to keep it from porpoising.
Little bit of chine walk at 55 kph
Tried out the hard timing mode (ESC gave the double beeps to confirm). This supposedly gives 20% more power but it was still only 55 kph - no change from soft timing mode.
.
Comments anyone??
