What would be the better choice esc, I believe the Turnigy 120 is the same esc as the Seaking. Anyone know if this is a better esc to get over the Swordfish 120amp. Many thanks Martin.

Definitely Turnigy/Seaking... the Swordfish can die from a few drops of condensate...

The turnigy seaking, for me, have been easier to waterproof. My swordfish i think i finally have it water proofed. turigy/seaking a little shorter, but otherwise i like all 3. I run each on thier internal BEC's. No issues so far unless they get wet inside.....

Im a HUGE hobbywing fan i run hobbywing marine, air and land esc's and love every single one of them. The only swordfish esc i really REALLY like is the swordfish 200, I think it's a great esc for a great price. Waterproofing is a MUST to the swordfish esc's. Keep in mine Turnigy Aquastar esc's are swordfishes. The Turnigy Marine series is hobbywing seaking.

I'm with the rest I have Turnigy's and I have had great luck they seem very rugged. I gave mine a bath (not intentionally) dried them they worked fine accidently hooked 8s up to my 120's thankfully it wouldn't activate put the normal 6s set up back on them and the fired up and good to go.

I like Turnigy because you have more timing options.
