    Waterproof pushrod seal.

    I didn't have very much footprint next to the strut on this hydro + I didn't have a pushrod boot on me, I would have to order one, so I made up this little contraption. two brass tubes with a piece of silicone joining them, the tubes get sealed with pieces of shrink wrap, and the whole unit gets filled with white lithium grease, completely waterproof.

    believe it or not, that is old scholl and used to work GREAT!!

    I used to do that in the 80's when I started boating.

      ha, didn't know it was proven before.
      carbon pushrod because the CG is too far back :)
