It's made for the Impulse arp1500, it's an optional part but it's not on the proboat webpage just yet.

all the items needed to make a dual rudder system, like rudder, brackets and linkage.

What would be the advantage of a dual rudder setup? Is it essentially bling, or would it theoretically help with cornering or performance in some manner? I can see extra drag occurring, on the other hand an extra water pickup might be handy...
