i think i went from 220ish to 200....so around 20 pounds or so.....which it pretty good....

i can tell you now though ive gained alot of muscle, which probably made up for the lost weight in fat....i cant tell you how much better i feel now that im excersizing more.....

yeah i agree, FL is pretty flat......but at markham, you would never know....there's man-made hills that are almost 40 feet tall everywhere.....you wouldnt even be able to tell it was FL until you looked out in the distance and not see any mountains.....

i wish i had more people to ride with too....i have a few friends who do ride....but only one of them is serious about it.....
