Hello all,
I'm willing to blindly take a recommendation for new prop for my Genesis with stock motor/ESC and running a 4s lipo.
I don't know what the stock prop is, but I do see some wear and I want to get a metal replacement.
Looking for top end speed.
Thanks!

You need to stick with the same size with the stock setup. The stock prop on mine was a 40mm plastic prop. I put a 45mm prop on the stock 4s setup and fried the esc.

Could I go with an x442?
Is the stock setup a right or left?
Is the stock shaft 1/8" or 3/16" or other?

You could try an X442. Mine was around 45mph with that wimpy stock setup using the 45mm prop. Not bad for the cheap esc and motor. Id try carbon filled props before investing in a metal prop. Just order the Graupner 42mm and 45mm carbon filled props from this site. They're only $5.50. You might be able to run the 45mm carbon filled since it is lighter than the copper/beryllium I put on - probably less amp draw. It might not overwork the esc.

I was running a x442 on the stock motor for a while, but with a T180, the motor was fair hot after full speed runs, but had no other issues at all.
4mm drive setup on the genesis and its a 2 part drive so you dont have to worry about the gap between the strut and the prop dog, as long as you have a washer between
