Out of the boats you have listed there, I would steer you towards the Proboat Impulse Deep-V 26. It's not released yet, Horizon Hobby is saying late July for the release date. If you can wait for it, that is.

The Impulse's speed control is rated 10 amps higher than the Rio, and it's fitted with Proboat's watertight sealed inner liner, which I like. The Spektrum radio is a plus for a lot of people, but then again some people don't like it. Personally, I run it in all of my planes and will soon rn it in my boat, I have been very happy with the brand.
I also noticed that the speed control it comes with has reverse. That would be nice, I don't know if any of the others have it, I didn't see it listed. It looks like you could upgrade to a brushless system fairly easily from the pictures I looked at.
I actually really prefer catamaran style hulls, but the apache's steerable drive system doesn't thrill me.

I like the newest shiny models, and this is as new as it gets right now. I figure the parts and electronics are always improving as the years go by. But sometimes new releases in this hobby have kinks that need to be sorted out as well. So it's really a coin flip. Personally, I would go for the Impulse after looking them all over a bit though. But I could handle sorting out a few hiccups in a new release model too.

Here's a short list of factors to consider when making your choice:

V hulls can handle rougher water better.
I've heard bad things about the shockwave, I don't recall what they were, but people say that they don't resell for much because people tend to steer clear of them.
The mini mono would be fun, especially being brushless - but since it's smaller, I don't know how well it would do in a wavy environment.
You will need a low voltage cutoff for any of the brushed motor boats if you plan on running lipos. I just ordered a LipoShield for the Supervee I'm building, it's $20 at the store on this site, or at kintec racing's store. I can't say how well it works since I haven't used it, but if they're selling it here, I'm lead to believe it must perform it's function well.

I'm sure I could come up with a lot more to say, but being new to the marine part of the rc hobby, I don't know as much about each particular model as many others are. So listen to what others have to say as well.

Whatever you get, I hope it goes well and that you enjoy it lots!

I'd grab the AQ Minimono hands down. Brushless motor and ESC and cheap 3s packs. If you get any of the others you'll be wasting money if you plan to go brushless later and the Tactic radio is awesome!

You need to really consider where you'll be running your boat. You've got quite a size difference in those boats. That mini mono is going to probably need fairly calm water. I'd look to one of the 26 inch boats at least. If you can stretch the budget a little, I've seen new Blackjack 26's for $239-250. You could definitely find a used one within your budget.

Where did you see them at 250$ ?
I only found some at 300$ whitout battery at horizonhobby :scared:
But 250$ is still too much ... it will reach around 350$ whit battery.
