Leopard motors???

Hi all,

I have the new EKOS with the red outrunner motors, im running 4s 5000mah batt's & the red machines 36ml props, i would like some advise of what leopard motors to purchase, eg what kv, what size, i noticed they have the 4ml shaft the same as my stock motors also some of the leopards motors fit in the same mounts, your help will be greatly apreciated.

With my current setup the top speed was 41.8mph, im hoping to hit 60+ with the new motors, if this is possible.

I was looking at the Leopard 4 pole brushless 2860 3400KV or the
Leopard 4 pole brushless 2860 5050KV, I am new to boating so some advice would be great.

Will the Leopard motors with their larger diameter water jackets fit into the tunnels with clearance, If you intend to run on 4s then both those kv you list is way to high. You probably need to look closer to 2500kv on a twin cat which will still be quite a hot set up. Their are some very experienced people on here with twin cat builds that im sure can advise you further. Martin.
