Before I trued the hull I had the normal bouncing, Heard that the offset rudder will help it. Well It didnt and battery placement didnt help either, and it went slower.
Now that I trued the hull and found the sweet spot, I decided to reinstall the offset rudder bracket. Sure make greasing the flex shaft a breeze.
Just got back from the water again and all I can say is WOW. The boat flat to the water and once at speed just rode on the last 3-4 inches of hull and ZERO BOUNCE and very stable. It ran consistant 40.4mph, 40.3mph 40.1mph and then high 39's as the battery got lower. All still on 4s 40c batteries.
