    Nitro to Electric

    I have a Dumas Scarab 45in It is nitro but the motor is trashed I want to change it to brushless lipo powered I would need all the parts motor,esc,and all hardware like rudder prop motor mount and water cooling system all the goodies I want the motor in the boat and I want the boat to run around 35-40mph can someone give me a estimate of what it would cost mins lipos

    I have just completed my conversion of the 45" Insane Mono from CMB90 power to
    twin T600 1400KV motors on 6S2P power.
    Once I gwet home from work tonight, I will try and attach some pictures for you.

          my set up there was about $350.00.
          I used hardware from boats from long past gone (struts and rudder and turn fin)

            Big bucks inluding all the items you need....my estimate $1500.00 and that is on the cheap side and includes batteries.
