I have a new mg with a 4074 2200kv leopard 150a esc kintec offset rudder 2 2s 5000mah 40c lipos and I'm trying to find the right prop. I have a x642 which ran good only 72* on motor 69* on esc a prather s220 which seemed slower till I moved the batteries back 2.5inches haven't gps yet but again temps were low. I had moved the strut even with the hull but I think it is up too high cause it was a lot slower with the 220 til I moved batteries back. I've heard an m445 is probably a good next step and I know I got to play with the batteried and strut to maximizes speed but I'm assuming that will change with every prop. What else is a good prop? Also what's a good starting height and angle of the strut? I've read the entire race prep thread but still unsure sinces raising the strut seemed like it made it worse. I'm still very new to all this and sorry if this topic has been brought up before but I apreciate the help
