PWM setting for Leopard 4082

I have a new genesis that I have changed out the whole drive train since the original died on the first run. I am running a swordfish 200a on 6S2P with a leopard 4082 1450 Kv. I set the timing to low based on the info available on the forum. What would be the best setting for the PWM. Any other input on the setup would be appreciated also.

Castle recommends this formula:

Kv x pole count x nominal volts used / 20

Use 8 kHz although 12kHz would work too. Too high a PWM just overheats the controller.
