150a esc 180a esc lipo cutoff

Does anyone know if either of theses esc cut the power to 50% when they hit cutoff mode? Or do they just stop?

Hobbywing 150 esc but should have same perameters as the seaking 180a

And yes they do have a cut off so I found out after my maiden voyage
