I got the X642 on ebay balanced and sharpened since it was out of stock here...Put it in and acceleration is drastically improved and I gained a little over 5mph on top end...Highly recommend it...!
Now I gotta get a replacement shaft from pro boat since the 1.5mm hex stripped and I cant get it out to grease it...:cursing:

Honestly, I take the props out of the package and balance them, which is a challange sometimes because the Octura props are way out of wack out of the package. Then shape them a little, then sand them and polish them. As far as detounging them, I believe I do it a little to the M445 but honestly I dont knowingly detoung them, I dont mess with that.

Apple, Look on the OSE store he may have your props.
I dont like to advetize anything on other people places but you asked so, The only thing I got for sale is this. PM me if you interested because this is a BJ thread and I dont want to highjack it with props and sv's. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=290197126631&ssPageName=STRK:MESE:IT&ih=019

Yeah that prop worked good for me too!! One thing I did'nt like ......
When the water got a little rough, the boat would almost wanna tourqe roll from the pitch of the prop.....IMO the boat does'nt go as fast, but handles better with a x4xx series of props........
I wanna see someone run a x445.....cut up and detounged.........

maybe I will try one, to see how it works. I need a race course so I can see the differences in lap times.
