What do I have here?

I was at a r/c swap meet and seen a small older r/c boat. I paided $10 for it, I just would like some more info on it. It has a fiberglass hull, its 18 in long and has a beam of 6 in. It looks to have a 380 size motor, is it worth fixing?

No idea what it is but good buy for $10! Put a 28mm brushless in it and let er rip! You'll want to change to a better coupler from motor to shaft though. That nylon wishbone will shred right away.

That little Dumas is a good running hull. Upgrade it and have fun!

How should I set this up? Replace the hardware or run how it is? I can not access the stuffing tube with out ripping half the boat apart.
