Im gonna say the Leopard has a bit more power..............."torque" for sure with its 56mm can compared to 40mm for the 1527...............although the Neu's can is 10mm longer.

As a first estimate I compare motors by their size and weight. I multiply diam.* length, the bigger the better plus the weight is also an indication of how much power the motor can deliver. I had seen somewhere a rough formula to calculate the watts from the weight, but cannot find it now

      Leopard 56*92 = 5152, weight: 880gr (31 ounces)
      1527 40*101.6 = 4064, weight: 620gr (21.8 ounces)

Of course there must be quality differences in magnets, coils and stator which also determine the output performance and "survivability".
