The hull has some cosmetic damage and some chips that can be easily be fixed. Hull is not cracked and still runs as is. This is a tough boat. I added extra layer of fiberglass on inside of hull that extends all the way up the sides to the hatch opening and as far forward as possible. The hatch has extra layer of fiberglass added and floatation foam. The bow is foam filled for strength and floatation. The stress cracks on sponsons are from removing the useless factory battery trays. The strut was modified for Supervee type bushing and 3/16 prop shaft. I ran .078 piano wire drive in this but no mod is needed to run flex the stuffing tube is ¼”. The servo is HD digitial metal gear that is water proofed by filling with dielectric grease. The steering rod is upgrade to 4/40 ss rod. I gps this boat on Eagletree with 6s, 1680 kv Arc motor and x442 @ 64mph.
