Posting here to Thank Kriss Flynn for the 3.5 flex shafts that allowed me to finish my lower units. Bored out the drives to lower the weight of the motor. Flex shafts are only 3.5" long. Angled drive and very smooth.
Bored out the units myself. Was going to try and put the square ends on the shafts myself but glad I decided to tap into Kriss's expert craftmanship.
The lower unit on the tunnel is a dual skeg for experimenting. Will try out in Arizona in February.
Got 2 more Woodstuff tunnels being built which will utilize my other lowers.
