Bad cell?

I just got a pair of flightmax 2s 5000mah 40c lipos. One of the batteries when trying to charge on my hyperion charger beeps several times and says "check battery, low voltage" This is the first time I've seen this. Is there a bad cell? The lipo is not puffy at all.

Were they new or used? Very well could be a bad internal solder joint.... Happens with zippy/turnigys alot more often then others... They have subpar soldering sometimes.... Not often but every once in awhile... I've had it happen on a couple of my hk packs...I am pretty sure that's what's up...

It was brand new. I ended up sending it back to h/k. Cost 9-bucks to ship so not too bad. Probably be a month before I see a new one though.
