Was wondering if anybody tried a tactic receiver with a Futaba FHSS tx or can you only bind a receiver from the same mfg.I ask because it looks like tactic uses Frequency Hopping Spread Spectrum too.

MMM never tried it, would be great if you could to save a few $$ but I doubt if you could. All the manufactures do the 2.4 a little different.
