Looks like way too much transom overhang to me. Kinda looks like 1/3 of a cat.

Yep, mine is already ordered !
Design-wise it's basically a hpr 115 cat without the tunnel.
The steps are very little. 3mm at the keel, to 1.5 mm at the sides.
Effective lenght of the hull : 1 mtr
Width : 28 cm
Hanspeter hasn't finished the boat yet, what you see on the pics is the cnc-ed plug.
btw : even a Zenoah will fit in it, only trouble will be the exhaust.

Very nice Gerwin!! The business end looks like the P1 Kiton. You might be able to use a arnesson type drive.

Update : Hanspeter changed his mind about the cockpit.
Eureka !
The cockpit will be smoother, less "square" at the sides.

Well, I think the only redeeming quality of a mono hull *is* the ability to install a flood chamber!

Why should an FE not be allowed to have a floodchamber ??
The larger the hull, the easier to install one.
So in this case it should be a piece of cake.......

If you race, remember, stepped hulls can ONLY BE RUN IN OFFSHORE, nothing else.
