best fix for transom crack?

i know the new svr's have had cracks in the transoms...and mine is no different. although its not thru i would like to do a good fix because im painting it soon. should i fiberglass the inside? it doesnt leak. its just the paint thats cracked but i dont want it to happen again. do i sand the cracks out? or fill them with something. any advise would help cause i dont want this to happen after a nice paintjob. thanks

Good epoxy and fiberglass will hold it until the rest of the hull falls apart! And epoxy the inside of the hull not the outside! I know that sounds dumb but I did that on my very first boat many moons ago. Think I was 10.
