Who is using this motor? Please describe your results with it. What esc, how many cells, what prop, etc.

I have one (1090KV version) going into a 1/8 scale hydro that I plan to run on 8S, Castle 240HV, and X452 prop. Any comments?

I am planing on running the some motor in a DF 40 knock off, on 8s 10,000 mah. The boat is complete but waiting on a replacement cc180hv. Castle told me 2-3 more weeks for a totol of 8 weeks for the replacement. I am hoping the 180hv will handle it, any thoughts? I will post the results when it comes in.....unless the canal freezes first!!!!!!!
