Hey guys,
I have recently dropped a neu 1515 1y into my JAE 21.
I'm running two 5000 2s 40c batteries in series threw a 120A ESC with cap board. (i know i need more ESC).
Can anyone suggest a prop for this setup?
I have been using a x445, x646 with no issues, would like some more speed.

A 1747 or P747 will give more speed, although the 1747 has a lot of lift. Both will stress your ESC a lot.
If it's just speed you want with cornering secondary, try a v942/3. As always, watch for heat issues.
Another option is to add cup and pitch to your existing props.

I had a 1415 1y in a Jae 21 and I use the h7 that I was using with the spec setup. Be very carefull as you will stress those batteries in 1p. I have puffed a few 5000 40-50c pack in there with that setup. IME you will pull close to 120 continuous with the H7. Ultimatley I put the spec motor back in.

Mr. Mopar:
Which company makes the "H7" prop?
I plan to run the UL 1 motor with a 120amp swordfish esc, & I think a 4350mah hyperion. I saw a you tube vid & the jae had an H7 & was ripping a hole in the air!
How are your temps with this prop?

thanks,
Glenn

The H7 is made by ABC. You can get the raw props here at OSE. You can also experiment with the Octura 1450. At one point the 1450 was a bit faster but pulled a lot more amps from the batteries in my boat. I later modded the H7 a little more and got similar speeds with less amp draw. D.Smock can lead you in the correct direction. Mark Sholund could get one for you ready to go and hIs work is awesome.
