Just thought I'd ask, but what's up with the big spark when you make the final connection with 2 3s lipos (6s) in series? Just seems odd.

Good article! Thank you! If all I have to worry about is some carbon build-up, I can deal with that. I was just worried it would hurt by ESC or something.

You will begin to pit the connectors with anything over 2S. I made a jumper to precharge with a cap but need to get the rating. It takes several minutes to charge it so it is not very fast.
