Maybe a x440, x640 or a grim 40x52/3 to start. A CF40 could work as well

A different prop isn't likely to fix this problem... A strut adjustment to get a little more of the aft of the hull in the water might be helpful.

Is the prop balanced and sharpened?? Dull blades will also cause this.

The UL-1 motor likes the 42x55, and it is, frankly, a pretty mild prop pitch-wise. It should work well if you get the boat tuned correctly.
