View Full Version : Anti-Spark on a Turnigy180? Swordfish 120?

I'm considering setting up an anti-spark connection as my bullets are really showing the spark damage.

I'd like to hear feedback from people who have actually implemented on the ESC's I'm working with.

I'm using 470ohm 5w caps (cuz I have a bunch)

The 80HV comes with a resistor already soldered on, but I'm wondering if there's any issues with the following ESC's;

Hydra 240
Turnigy 180
Swordfish 120
Turnigy 120

Suppo 125/200

I know anti-spark cannot be setup on the Castle MMM Buggy ESC, but not sure if that same applies for the Hydra.

Any info?

I suppose you can use http://mgm-compro.com/pdf/en-antispark-d230808.pdf, but CC recommends a 1 Ohm-5 watts resistor..

Thanks!

Just noticed I said 470ohm 5w caps... meant to say resistors.
