What's OSE min. shipping charge? I used to see it somewhere but I can't find it anymore.

priority mail is $4.60 plus 3.95 handling.

Mr. Valentine your last last three orders were $4.60, $7.50 and $7.50. If you look at the packages the first was very light. The 2nd & 3rd, were more than 1 pound.

I understand, I was just explaining the difference in the orders. I would question it the same if I was on your end.
