Leopard 4074 2200kv Motor would this motor work good in a 1/10 scale hydro going to turn left with boat and which prop should I use octura x442 or x447 . It will be run on 4s setup /which speed control should I use to or any other motor suggestions thanks :beerchug:

I've been looking at this motor for my Phil Thomas Stealth Sport hydro. I believe these motors are rated at 120 amps but I could be wrong. I was thinking of using a Seaking 180 with it. I have a Seaking 120 but I don't need another "stinky" boat.

I agree with Marko a 180a would be my minimum. I'd try a x447r prop on that puppy since you are taking left turns. I think a 442 would be too small and would be hard to get on plane.
