Presumably not, if you're reading this :ThumbsDown01:
I switched from Earthlink to Qwest last January because Earthlink kept raising the bill and finally I was paying $80/month for 1.5Mbps internet. Qwest was $55/month for the same speed as well as local phone. It worked quite well until sometime around March or April when I was limited to 25 KB/s download speed (usually around 160). At first I thought it was some kind of internal error or the servers were jammed up so didn't bother with it but after a few weeks I figured something was wrong. I haven't called them yet, but I've spent the last 3-4 months on an internet connection reminiscent of dial-up. Anyone else have experience with Qwest or have this issue?
