Tow Hook

I see the 27R has a tow hook on the bow. How do use this? Do you have another boat that has a lasso on the side or something and try to snag it on the tow hook?

Fishing line with a tennis ball attached to it. Throw ball....snag hook.....reel boat toward shore....launch boat.....repeat!
