How long has this been the default time zone for Eastern?


All times are GMT -4. Atlantic Time (Canada)

Set options to any time zone other than Eastern, it's correct.
Set options to Eastern, it sets Atlantic. :confused1:
Set options to Atlantic, It's even correct.

Its messed up and not sure why. I tried changing the server time and its still off.
