I bought this hull a LONG time ago on ebay. Its a forabuck hull. He does very nice work, but the hulls have a very big hook in them. Makes them good for sport running which is all I have ever done with it. It started out looking like this. I added graphics to it.

I was running a promod homlite with a tuned pipe. It maxed out at 35.4mph.:ThumbsDown01:

I then installed a CY 26cc promod with tuned pipe. 62.8MPH:w00t:
(have pics somewhere, but can't find them)

Then all the complaints started about the noise. This is on a lake where you can run your full size boat with a 502 big block with open exhaust all day long and nobody complains about that. But whatever.

Sold the gas motor and have a little screamers 63mm coming. The plan is to run it on 10S. I need help picking out an esc, and have no Idea where to start with props. Any help here would be great!!

I would get one of the new ESC's that Steven has. Swordfish 240 High Voltage.

I am having problem setting up esc with pistol transmitter... works ok with my dx7 plane trans... but I very much like the feel of the esc... hope to use this weekend, will let you know how it goes....

If you don't really have a budget, take a look at the Schulze Future-XXL 40.300wk. Schulze makes some of the best esc's around, but you'll have to take out an insurance policy on it if you think you might fry it.

The motor and mount came today. I hope to have them mounted tomorrow along with the new hardware. I also placed a BIG order from hobbyking today for the esc

and and some of these

I have ditched switching to electric for now. I have a 29cc Zen going back in. For just a toy I like the 20+ run times.
