Buy two of these when you order your 2s Turnigy batteries. One charger for each battery.

Your UL-1 requires two 2s lipos. This charger will balance and charge each of your 2s lipos..

Depends on which shipping option you choose. The more you spend on shipping the faster it will get here. With the cheapest option it may take two weeks. I have never had to wait longer than two weeks for a shipment. Postal service will deliver and you or someone else will have to sign for it.

To change your connectors will need atleast 40watt soldering iron, flux, electrical solder, and shrink wrap or electrical tape.

I own the hyperion 0606i charger, here's the link http://www.kintecracing.com/Chargers.html its a really good charger and you don't need a seperate balancer. It chargers and balances at same time and with this adaptor http://www.hobbyhot.com/flyermate-multi-charging-dispenser-ver2-charge-3-batts-in-1-ti-c-209-p-1-pr-1679.html you can charge and balance two batteries at the same time. For batteries I don't like less than 30c discharge (but that's just me). When ordering from hobbycity make sure you register first and you get discounted prices on most things. For shipping the longest I had to wait was 3 weeks and that was over christmas. I also suggest getting a digital temp gauge hopefully you have a harbor freight near you because they have the best deals on them, here's the one I own and is pretty accurate http://www.harborfreight.com/cpi/ctaf/displayitem.taf?Itemnumber=93983
