Castle Hydro 240LV won't connect to the computer

I just hooked my brand new out of the box hydra 240 to the Castle Link and plugged it into the USB port on my computer. Ran the software, etc. but the ESC isn't being recognized. Any ideas? Guess I'll have to call Castle when they open.

Did you plug a battery to it???

If the bec is bypassed (red wire out) then you eighter need to plug it back in or use a battery pack. If that doesn't work try uninstalling and reinstalling you software. After it's done restart comp then plug back in. Should work if not I doe no.

I had this same problem twice. Once I forgot to plug the bec wire back in to the jst plug (hydra) and once with my ice. After talking to CC they recommended to uninstall reinstall and it worked. Don't know why it stopped reconizing it but after doing that it's okay now.
