Here is another site that can build packs. If you are looking for sport packs I would stay away from any 4200 cells.

Just so happens I have 2 seven cell packs. Used them in a Corona heli...very little. I'd say not more than 10 low amp runs on each. (I was learning to fly and barely got it off the ground with these packs.)

I'll have to cycle them and see what kind of condition they're in. They may have sat too long in recent months.

At any rate, the price will be right. If they're viable, 20 bucks each.

Just beware of any cell over 4,000 mah. I know Steven sells 4200's and they'll probably good, but one thing I've learned is that one needs to pay attention to them. I personally bought three IB4200 cells for replacing dead ones in a couple of packs and 2 of the 3 are bad.

Definitely stay away from the 4300 and 4500 Elites. Even Mike at CheapBatterypacks admitted they were inconsistent and that all manufacturers are working on stabilizing them. He expects the next generation to be more stable. That's a lot of maH to pack into those little cylinders.

The 4500's are especially rotten. I bought 4 packs for SV running and cells started dieing left and right from the get go.

(My next question should have been: "Then way are you still selling them".

That said, the 3600 Elites have been good to our club.

BTW, the packs I have are GP 3300's, formerly the workhorse of rc EP boating. Purchased from BattlePacks.

I put them on my chargers in condition mode. Chg/dscg at 1 amp both ways.

Promising in that the charger recognized all 7 cells.
