I hope this is okay Steve.

I'm finally getting somewhere on the new fleet. I wanted to share the love.

Beautiful boats Terry. Do you have a Joule Hydro?

The monos are slick aint they? Sort of like a Wildthing and a Seaducer made babies. The big one is 33.5". The small is 26.5". Then the JAE rigger is 26.75". That leopard looking print is Lacewood. Not a drip of paint on there anywhere.

I've mad a bunch of changes to the Joule and we have to make a new tool. We tried to cut out the changes and feather them into the tool but it came out nasty. My glass guy volunteered to make the new tool. I'm building an Oberto for him for LSH. That's about half done too.

I can't rip back into Joule until I finish the new Whip. The old one is shot to heck. This one is the finest piece of work I've ever put together. 2 years spent murdering the one I had is going into the build on this one. Plus I've been studying aerodynamics. Not the math. Just the concepts. Worked that in too. I'm about 2/3's through that build. It will be decked by next weekend......ish.

My wife was laughing at me because I'm like pig pen lately except I leave a trail of wood shavings behind. Wood boats are so much fun to build. 3 boats in 3 months is a little much but hey no seasonal affective disorder for me!

Perdy hulls Davis. What is the smaller mono for?

I built it for N2 offshore but I've got an SV27 combo in it right now for grins. Might take 2p just to keep it upright. I suspect the bigger boat on a Blackjack will be a better P Limited though. I suppose I could run N2 mono with the little boat as long as I didn't try to go crazy with it.

I never realized how stiff wood boats could be.

What kind of props can you run on an SV motor to start testing?

Terry, what do you think of the Feigao 5xl for N2 offshore? 2P that is...

The SV loves the ABC 42x55. Not the cruddy grim racer version....the real one. Balance it well and cup the tips a bit.

And yeah...I love wooden hulls. Way better than F/G. I have a big LSO I am working on too (f/g though). Thought I would put one in my quill just to taunt you with.

I have been waiting for the Joule for some time now. Get her right then turn her loose.
