I have a mini rio and have put a bl system in it. it is fun, but no room for flood chamber (what do I know I have never had one in any of my boats). I did put on a single rudder and will eventually add turn fins too. Again, I would think twin motor/esc/batt system would sink that little guy, very low free-board; it is almost sinking stock! Also, I have found the plastic is pretty brittle so might need to reinforce.

If you do go for it, the outrunner I got was like $35 and was part of ebay package including ESC.
